Practical Driving Assessments and Training - Refrigeration, with individual Clients on particular Driving Skills and Safe Loading Techniques, Roping, Sheeting, Securing Plant & Machinery.
Offering Clients Driver Negligence Insurance Cover and Fidelity Bonding Insurance Cover. Working in Partnership in producing individual tailor made Client Induction Packs incorporating all relevant Clients Documentation to be issued to all staff placed on all Clients Contracts. Video Presentations.
Quality Performance Programme Monthly Appraisals and Production of Quality Standards Statistical Data and Productivity Levels for individual Clients. All Staff supplied are on a Bonus Related Earning Scheme relating directly to their individual performance on Contracts.
